Hellow! how has it been lately? has it been busy? or do you always have a full schedule? oughh that's definitely REALLY tired!! but, have you ever felt that the activities we are doing are not working? like we never felt the result, it wasn't like our plan or what we thought about it. Maybe it's our fault in managing our time or we're not grateful for everything.
Sometimes we think that if in one day we always do heavy activities and almost spend a lot of time it is a ‘productive person’ but we also forget there is such a thing as ‘busy people’, being a busy person does not mean that we achieve something significant. Sometimes we often feel busy doing many small things, but not focusing our energy on tasks that are really important and impactful, i think that's what makes us feel that what we do is not working in ourselves.
The fun fact is multitasking also sometimes makes us slower in completing tasks because our minds are not focused on one thing and research proves that multitasking actually makes our performance decrease. So, rather than feeling good at multitasking, try single-tasking or focusing on one thing until it's done. The results will be neater and faster.
Hustle culture makes many of us feel like we have to work constantly to succeed or study until we d1e. In fact, rest is just as important as work. If we keep working without taking a break, our productivity will go down, and we'll end up being busy without results. So, don't forget to give yourself a break to recharge your energy. From here we can take over the part for me time, whether it's spending time on hobbies, scrolling social media or just sleeping.
Productivity is not just about spending time on a schedule, but also how you set clear and measurable goals. For example, I want to be fluent in English in the next 5 months. With clear goals like this, we'll know how far we've come, know what to do and won't feel like we're busy for nothing. Sometimes, we really need a reminder to keep remembering the goals we've set. As people who have their own daily schedules, we have our own ways of productivity, but there should still be something to remind us, whether it's a friend, an alarm on our phone, or a journal. Because sometimes, in our busy routines, we can easily forget the targets we've set.
And I think that if we choose to be productive people by having our own goals, it is included in building our dreams one by one, whether we want to be productive in any aspect. the productive activities we choose can also be a reflection of ourselves which can be very impactful on the career we want to build. Now it's time for you to check what you've done this week, and let's learn to spend our time on impactful activities and start prioritising the things that are important by focusing on the things we choose.
REMEMBER!! not everything has to go smoothly, and the schedule you make sometimes also just gets missed...;)
